Like all Childeric saddles, this one was originally built to measure, with an extra wide gullet channel that suits horses with a broader back or wider spine, giving more clearance through the middle of the saddle where it matters.

Fit & feel:

Extra wide (XL) gullet channel, suited to broader-backed horses or those with a wider spine

Monoflap construction for a close, direct leg contact

Generous seat sizing

Handmade French construction in good quality leather

Smart blue detailing near the cantle for a distinctive finish

Because Childeric saddles are made to measure at the point of order, details like the block shape and panel specification on this one are specific to how it was originally built, so it’s worth having a fitter check these in person.
