The Bates All purpose (GP) is a high performance saddle for your pony featuring the latest in saddle design and technology. Developed for you and your pony’s conformation, the Bates Pony AP offers a comfortable and supportive seat for confidence and maximises comfort for your pony, specifically designed with a smaller shape in mind.
Features: EASY-CHANGE solution fit - Together the EASY-CHANGE®Gullet System and the EASY-CHANGE® Riser System offer a total fitting solution for your horse’s absolute comfort and your peace of mind. All adjustments are measurable, symmetrical and completely reversible, ensuring total confidence in your ability to custom fit your saddle to your horse’s changing shape for optimal comfort and performance. It’s EASY! Ergonomic Stirrup Bar - The Bates saddle ergonomic, design registered, stirrup bar removes additional bulk under the saddle skirt, ensuring even closer contact and maximizing your comfort. The unique shaping offers secure attachment of your stirrup leather, while enabling the leather to come free if required during a fall. Selected Bates saddle models feature a recessed channel to the stirrup keeper, further eliminating interference with your leg for a closer feel of the horse and increased comfort Adjustable Flexibloc system – The Bates saddles adjustable flexibloc system does exactly what it says on the tin. They are adjustable knee blocks designed so the rider can position them for the best optimum performance aiding. Heritage Leather - Bates heritage leather upholds the traditional European practices of natural oil and wax tanning. The high oil and wax content of this performance leather ensures optimum suppleness and enhanced rider grip. The heritage leather is a smooth finish more "traditional" flap leather type you would see on many saddles. This leather is used on many of the Bates performance saddle range.
