Sell Your Saddle

We endeavour to get saddle valuations back to you within 1-3 working days.

To get your saddle valuation as quickly as possible, it's important to have good clear pictures of your saddle ready before you start.

Yes, if you have had a valuation for your saddle and live local to us you can drop your saddle off at our shop to save the postge costs.  We are open Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm for saddle drop offs. 

Yes if you change your mind and decide you want your saddle returning we can return your saddle to you providing it is not out on trial at the time.  If you want your saddle returning you will need to pay £20 for the return postage for your saddle. 

If you choose to sell your saddle with us, we will arrange the collection postage for you.

We charge £30 for the shipping, which is fully insured with DPD.

We can arrange for your saddle to be collected Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00. We will contact you to arrange the most suitable day.

When you send your saddle to us to sell outright or on your behalf, our trained saddle fitters will give it an MOT and check for any damage or potential faults.

The most common faults are:

• Twisted / Damaged Trees
• Bent Stirrup Bars
• Faulty Stitching
• Damaged Straps

If we find these, we will contact you to discuss your options as we may be able to repair some faults.

You are liable for the return courier fees to get the saddle back to you.

We have the biggest saddle audience, including a network of 25+ independent fitters across the UK.

Your saddle will be listed as available for online trials.

Your saddle will be made available for fittings with our in-house and independent saddle fitters all over the UK. 

We provide fair quotes based on the saddle's age, condition, and market conditions at the time of quoting.

We will always give you a realistic sales price to manage your expectations, as our goal is to get the saddle sold as quickly as possible for you whilst achieving the best possible price for you.

How quickly you receive payment for your saddle depends on the selling method chosen.

For an outright purchase, you can choose to receive payment via PayPal upfront or via bank transfer when the saddle arrives to us.

If opting for a bank transfer, payment is made to you within 48 hours of the saddle arriving with us.

If we are taking your saddle to sell on your behalf, you will receive payment 14 days from when the saddle is received in it's new home. This is to allow for the cooling off period. Payment is made via bank transfer or PayPal.
