The International Event, a true general purpose saddle, was first launched over 20 years ago and this design was quickly established as a 'best seller' and remains so to this day. Handcrafted in Walsall Creating the IDEAL saddle takes time and each one progresses through several stages of manufacture. When manufacturing Ideal saddles only the finest materials are used, from handmade saddle trees made by Ideal in Walsall, to the highest quality leather and components.
The Ideal International Event saddle would suit a horse with medium-high withers and curve through the back. More suited to the Thoroughbred/sport horse types.
This used Ideal International Event saddle is in very good condition with the usual flap wear and surface scratches you would expect to see on a second hand saddle. Cantle marks can be seen.

- 1/2 front gussets
- small fixed knee blocks
- 3 middle girth straps
- narrow twist
- wool flocked panels
- drop panel
