All adjustments are measurable, symmetrical and completely reversible, ensuring total confidence in your ability to custom fit your saddle to your horse’s changing shape for optimal comfort and performance. It’s EASY!

Ergonomic Stirrup Bar – The Bates saddle ergonomic, design registered, stirrup bar removes additional bulk under the saddle skirt, ensuring even closer contact and maximizing your comfort. The unique shaping offers secure attachment of your stirrup leather, while enabling the leather to come free if required during a fall. Selected Bates saddle models feature a recessed channel to the stirrup keeper, further eliminating interference with your leg for a closer feel of the horse and increased comfort.

Adjustable Flexibloc system – The Bates saddles adjustable flexibloc system does exactly what it says on the tin. They are adjustable knee blocks designed so the rider can position them for the best optimum performance aiding.

PLEASE NOTE: All adjustable saddles come with the Medium gullet bar as standard, we can change the gullet bar to the size required for a £5 fee prior to shipping, alternatively we can put the size needed in the box with the saddle for you to change and if you purchase the saddle and keep BOTH gullet bars the additional would need purchasing also. If only one bar is kept the other would need sending back to us

You get to trial the saddle for 5 days. Make sure you participate in all your riding activities with this saddles and arrange an in-person fitting with your saddle fitter if possible.
At the end of your trial, we will contact you to see how you got on and arrange collection of the saddles.
Once we have received the saddle(s) back and inspected them, we will issue any refunds necessary.
