3. Complete the checkout to place your order, you will pay for shipping and the most expensive saddle as security deposit.
4. We contact you for your free saddle consultation, answer any questions you may have and dispatch your saddles.
5. Trial your saddles for up to 5 days. Make sure you ride in both saddles to compare and arrange an in-person fitting with your saddle fitter if possible.
6. At the end of your trial, we will contact you to see how you got on and arrange collection of the saddles.
7. Once we have received the saddle(s) back and inspected them, we will issue any refunds necessary.
